How to Make

1. Stamp Louis in the Rain with Memento ink and colour with Promarkers or Copics as desired. Print blue gingham paper from the Spring CD.
2. Stamp Louis in the Rain again onto the gingham paper. Cut out just the umbrella part and layer onto the main image. Add glitter glue to the raindrops for a sparkly look.
3. Trim the bottom with a border punch. Add brads and wrap ribbon around the panel. Add a bow on top as shown.
4. Layer more gingham paper onto brown card, then attach to a white base. Create a second smaller panel.
5. Attach the smaller gingham panel and the stamped panel on top as shown. Add three gems and a button, to finish.
