How to Make

1. Stamp Best Friends and colour in as desired. Layer onto blue, then white card.
2. Layer rose paper from the Candy Floss pack onto a white base card. Layer another strip onto white card, wrap with raffia and attach on top.
3. Attach the Best Friends panel with sticky fixers. Stamp greeting from Girly Greetings and attach. Add a bow tied from raffia, to finish.
