Terms of sale (applicable when e‑commerce is enabled)

We may enable online purchases in the future. When enabled, the following will apply in addition to these terms:

  • Contract formation: your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
  • Pricing and payment: prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card details.
  • Delivery: we will provide estimated delivery times at checkout. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes upon full payment.
  • Consumer rights: UK consumers will have statutory rights including a 14‑day right to cancel most distance purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exceptions may apply for certain customised or digital items). We will provide clear instructions on returns and refunds.
  • Faulty goods: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Detailed terms of sale will be published at the time online purchasing is enabled.

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will only apply to use of the website after the changes have been posted.
